For extended stays (11 days or more) it is $200 per pet per month. NOTE: We no longer accept cats. Please read and respond with your acceptance of the Pet Policy below. - Maximum of two pets per reservation - Must be house trained/potty trained - Pet Hair: You are responsible for the removal of excessive pet hair on furniture or carpet. If pet hair is not removed from the furniture or carpet upon your departure, you will be responsible for the cost of the additional cleaning fee to remove the excessive pet hair - Must be leashed on the property grounds at all times - Pets should relieve themselves in designated areas outside of the property. - We prefer that your pet(s) be with you at all times but if you must leave your pet in the apartment unattended, please ensure they are in a crate or restric
